Mobile Video Project

This video project was a major project I completed for my Social Media Content and Production class. The most ​challenging part of these projects was the fact that we were given so much creative liberty and very little guidelines. ​This meant that we could do these projects however we wanted, but it also meant we had to start with a blank canvas. ​Our project needed to be 90-120 seconds, filmed landscape on our phones, and needed to tell a narrative or series of ​events. I am very proud of the work I put into this project so I would like to showcase it as an example.

Here, I created an Instagram story post and a matching feed post from scratch as a project for my class. I also made a live music feed post for the Jesse Bennett Band.

These two posts feature advertising for an event in the form of short video content to display the artist’s talents. Click on the videos to play them.

I created a series of hiring ads for Velocity Search Group. In addition to these specialized ads, I also made ad templates for future job postings.

During Maymester of 2024, I took a class called “Social Media Content Production.” One of our large projects was to produce photographs that were taken on our phones that would tell a story or take into account for color, depth, lighting, texture, and more. These were the photos I submitted for this project, which I received a perfect grade on.
